Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Orders received after 1 PM ET are processed starting the next business day. Products ship as sealed, lyophilized vials. We ship within the United States only.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Delivery estimates below include processing time plus carrier transit. Carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

• USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–5 business days

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after carrier pickup to show movement.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking has not updated within 10 business days of your order date, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to locate the package, and reship it if it cannot be found.

Packages marked delivered

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Attestryn is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and secure.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the vials and labels. We will replace or refund the affected items.

Returns

All sales are final; we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products. See our Refund Policy for full details.
